Members Exchange Credit Union is committed that access to your financial information is appropriately secure, which means we are continuously enhancing measures to secure our internet banking site.
We have recently updated our Internet Banking technology to include Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which means we require more than just a password to identify our members.
The login process has changed as follows:
1. In addition to your account # and pin, you will be asked to enter a random code that is displayed on the screen.
2. The first time you login, you will be asked to enter in three challenge questions and corresponding answers that only you know.
3. During subsequent logins, you may be asked to answer one of your questions.
