MECU Relationship Pricing - ATM Rebate Program
You must be enrolled in Relationship Pricing to be eligible to participate in the ATM Rebate Program.
ATM receipts older than 30 days from the date of the transaction shown on the receipt will not be accepted. Only original ATM receipts will be accepted.
You can either bring in or mail in the receipt to the credit union. If the receipt is mailed in, the envelope must be postmarked within 30 days of the date printed on the ATM receipt.
If the receipt is mailed in, the ATM surcharge fee printed on the receipt will be credited to your savings account within 2 business days of the postmarked date on the envelope.
If you bring the receipt into the credit union, the ATM surcharge fee printed on the receipt will be credited to your savings account the same day.
*ATM Rebates – When you are charged a fee by another financial institution for using their ATM, you can be reimbursed for these fees as a participant in relationship pricing. There are rebate maximums in place, per month, depending on which reward package you are in (See matrix). On the date in which the credit union receives the request for a refund, you must fall into one of the three reward packages in order to receive a refund. If you are signed up for relationship pricing, but do not fall into one of the three reward packages at the time of the request for the refund is received (in person or by mail), the request will be denied.
