Purpose:
An exciting opportunity with this dynamic, busy, high-volume but friendly environment that will suit an organized person with a great eye for detail and plenty of team spirit. Reporting to the Network Programming Manager and other project team members, you will be adept at coordinating and overseeing multiple projects. The project administrator will help to minimize cost and implementation risks. Also, provide the required liaison, documentation, and day-to-day management of the projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assists with the configuration and maintenance of network devices.
- Assists with Firewall configuration and maintenance.
- Responsible for configuration and maintenance of all servers and workstations.
- Responsible for maintaining Automated Software Systems: Patch Management, FTP, and other systems.
- Responsible for all programming requests.
- Diagnose and resolve network/PC related issues.
- Research and provide timely follow-up on IT ticketing system.
- Generate system reports.
- Generate and transmit electronic files.
- Monitor scheduled system processes.
- Maintain network up time.
- Assist with help desk calls.
- Assist with Core interfaces.
- Assist in maintaining, testing, and executing Disaster Recovery Policies and Procedures.
- Support the intranet and web-based applications.
- Assists with researching future products and vendors.
- Assists with the creation of Technical Documentation.
- Assists with processing daily ACH and Share Processing.
- Attend and participate in meetings, conference calls, classes, and seminars as required.
- Promote a positive image of the credit union when working with vendors and internal/external members.

Job Specifications:
- High school graduate.
- Associate degree in business, information technology, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Three to five years of similar or related experience.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages.
- Able to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attentive to detail and consistent on-time delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to coordinate well with other departments and personnel.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Have the ability to prioritize tasks and complete projects promptly.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- System Admin/Help Desk support is preferred but not a requirement.
