Our FREE e-Alerts system provides notifications when certain activities occur on your account. Wouldn’t you like to to be notified when your balance falls below a certain level, or if a check has cleared? Notifications can be sent to an email address or to any mobile device.

A Sweep Transfer is a smart business choice if your checking account balance significantly exceeds your daily cash flow needs. At the close of each business day, excess funds above a specified balance are automatically transferred into a higher yielding account where it remains until needed in the checking account.
Here is how it works:

- You select a savings or money market investment account.

- Can all members use Tap2Local? No. Only business accountholders can utilize the service.
- Can a business using Tap2Local include its business logo? Yes, they can manage their branding in the merchant account settings.
- What payment methods are accepted? They will be able to accept payments via Tap to Pay, QR codes, and payment links from all major card networks, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- Is there a fee to use Tap2Local? Yes, there is a fee each time a transaction is settled. The fees are disclosed at the time of enrollment.
- Can the payment link or QR code option be used for recurring payments in addition to one-time payments? The payment link can be used as many times as desired, so a single link can be used repeatedly for donations or other ongoing payments. However, as of today, there is no functionality to schedule recurring payments automatically.
- Does Tap2Local support both iOS and Android? Tap-to-pay for accepting card payments is supported on both Android and iOS devices.
- Will Tap2Local come with a hardware component? No.
- Is it secure? Yes. Tap2Local uses PCI-compliant, tokenized card processing. Card numbers are encrypted by the card network’s own infrastructure and never stored on phones or business records.
- Which party has the responsibility for issuing 1099-K tax forms? Moov is responsible for this for all merchants. If a business user reaches out to us
