Business Lending Professional

David Broadaway

Congratulations, David Broadaway, AVP Business & Specialized Lending for earning the Credit Union Business Lending Professional designation from CUNA’s Business Lending School.

The CUBLP school is a three year program that conveys knowledge of business lending practices, concepts and regulations. Students must complete all three years to receive designation.

“In the wake of the NCUA’s MBL rule change earlier this year, credit unions have been presented with far greater opportunities to grow their business loan programs,” said Kathy Smith, CUNA instructional design manager. “Because of the knowledge and skills they gained in this school, these CUBLPs are well-equipped to capitalize on those opportunities and enhance their business lending initiatives in a myriad of ways.”
