Our management team continues to monitor the development of COVID-19 through the Centers for Disease Control (CDC
), World Health Organization (WHO
) and the MS Department of Health (MSDH
). We are taking every precaution to keep a clean environment for our employees and members. We want you to know that we’re here to help with any financial services you need during these difficult times.
While we encourage you to conduct business online and through the drive-thru, we understand that some business may need to be conducted in person. Due to the nature of the service, such as opening an IRA or safe deposit box entry, you may be able to schedule an in-lobby appointment
with our staff.
Drive-thru locations are open to fully service our members.
For the safety of our members and our staff, all MECU branch lobbies will be temporarily closed through April 4. Management will then make further decisions about reopening the lobbies with the best interest of our members and staff. Please note, we will be handling all services that would normally be performed in the lobby through the drive-thru.

- 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
- Saturdays from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Pearl and Byram locations.
- You can also visit one of our shared branching locations and CULIANCE ATMs. Please check with the shared branching location for their current hours and availability for shared branching transactions.
