Our management team continues to monitor the development of COVID-19 through the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the MS Department of Health (MSDH). We are taking every precaution to keep a clean environment for our employees and members. We want you to know that we’re here to help with any financial services you need during these difficult times.

Our lobbies are open for full service. A face mask or covering is mandatory to enter the lobby.

Lobby hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Drive-thru Hours

All branches are open Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Pearl and Byram locations. (Drive-thru only)
You can also visit one of our shared branching locations and CULIANCE ATMs. Please check with the shared branching location for their current hours and availability for shared branching transactions.

Payroll Protection Program Loan Forgiveness

If you received a PPP Loan from Members Exchange, you can now submit your application for loan forgiveness. Please note, this is only for MECU loans, we cannot process loan forgiveness for other institutions.

Mortgage Assistance

The Mississippi Home Corporation has created a program will provide short-term help with mortgage payments for Mississippians who have been laid off or lost income because of the pandemic. Residents can apply for aid from the Hardest Hit Fund online at https://www.mshomesaver.com/.

Tax Deadlines Extended

The federal government has extended the tax filing deadline, as well as the IRA contribution deadline, to July 15, 2020. Mississippi has also extended the state tax filing deadline to July 15, 2020.

Beware of Scams
